Job Summary
We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to assist our company in expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting clients with the concerned people.
Responsibilities:
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Nurture and grow a client into an account and maintain a good rapport with them
- Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to concerned people, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Guide team wherever required to keep things on track
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years working in companies providing Analytics services globally or in India
- Experience in IT Service/Solution Company (Mandatory)
- Experience of handling digital projects/clients is preferred
- Moderate knowhow of web and mobile technologies and operation of a software/digital company
- Understanding of Software Development life cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
