Role Designation- Consultants

Responsibilities- 1) Create, consult and review architectural decisions, architecture solutions ,2) Development/Build,3) Implementation,4) Change mgmt,5) Resource Planning,6) Maintenance and productions support: fix critical architectural/ framework issues,7) Client mgmt

Technical and Professional Requirements- Exp Range - 8 to 14 years,At least 4 years of experience in Mainframe technology consulting, Mainframe architecture and legacy language experiences,Excellent knowledge of Portfolio level views of an Enterprise, Distributed Architectures and Hybrid Enterprise architectures involving multiple technologies and platforms,At least 5 years of experience in the design and delivery of large scale and complex projects, and working with global teams in a distributed delivery model ,At least 4 years of relevant experience in the defining architecture of large scale mainframe projects,Knowledge and/or experience with one or more Mainframe Modernization tools such as BluAge, TSRi, Innowake, Modern Systems, Heirloom Computing, Raincode etc ,Knowledge and/or experience with at least one or more Mainframe Modernization tools such as:,Micro Focus Enterprise Analyzer,Micro Focus Enterprise Server,IBM ADDI,IBM Rational Asset Analyzer,Micro Focus Enterprise Developer for z,IBM zD&T,Knowledge and/or experience with one or more Mainframe Modernization approaches such as Batch to Hadoop, DevOps Implementation etc ,Knowledge and/or experience of Mainframe/AS400 data stores across 1 or more of IMS, IDMS, Adabas in addition to file stores such as the VSAMs and GDGs etc and database modernization to RDBMS. ,At least 6-8 years hands-on experience across of various Mainframe environments across Production & Dev/QA as well as Mainframe Batch, Online and Databases,Knowledge of and hands on experience with the Mainframe components such as CICS, IMS DC, JES, Schedulers, RACF,Knowledge of and hands on experience with 3 or more Mainframe languages such as JCL, COBOL, PL/1, Natural, Assembler, IMS, IDMS and others,Knowledge of and hands on experience with 1 or more non-Mainframe languages such as .NET, Java, Web Technologies, Thick Clients on Distributed platforms and integration with legacy technologies etc.,Knowledge of and hands on experience with CM tools such as Changeman, Panvalet, Endevor, File handling tools such as FileAid etc. on Mainframe and TFS, GIT and/or others ,Experience of and/or Knowledge of working with specialty processors on Mainframe and Linux facilities on the Mainframe,Final Work location is subject to business requirements
