Job Summary
Innofied Solutions is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join its growing team. This job role is for one of their products,AllRide Apps (www.allrideapps.com), a SaaS-based software with smart technologies and AI capabilities for the Transport and Delivery businesses.
AllRide Apps is using Smart Connected AI technology to provide intelligent fleet and delivery management solutions. With hundreds of SMB and Enterprise customers worldwide, numerous awards and an excellent customer satisfaction index, AllRide is expanding it's business aggressively. What you'll be doing:
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you lead the Engineering, Product and Design teams, ensuring our product vision, and technical implementation. We have been working on this product suite for more than one year and we already have multiple customers for the product.
You partner closely with the CEO and the executive team to drive organizational alignment, empowering cross functional teams to continue building the ecosystem.

Technology:
- Lead our present development team - project manager, product analyst, team leads, designers, front end and back end developers, and quality analysts
- Provide expert strategy on the way forward for AllRide's technology products
- Build new features and outputs for the AllRide Platform
- Expand and modify existing outputs to maximize value for clients.
- Lead API data integrations with partner tools
- Assist in mobile app conceptualization, design, and execution
- Work with the customers - SMEs and Enterprises to come up with efficient solutions
- Foster an environment that encourages curiosity, innovation, and personal growth, motivating our teams to scale new performance heights.
- Discover and nurture potential leaders, fostering individuals capable of inspiring successful client teams and driving a high-performance culture.
