Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a detailed business development calendar to ensure timely execution of outreach and follow-ups.
  • Procure new clients through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing.
  • Attend industry events and conduct research to build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Draft compelling business proposals and contracts to secure new revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze and act on client feedback to improve services and business strategies.
  • Execute targeted campaigns and schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles and use LinkedIn as a lead generation and nurturing tool.
  • Implement lead generation automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Dripify, Apollo.io, Brevo) to enhance efficiency.
  • Present ideas clearly and tailor messages to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations to engage clients effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and outreach tools like Waalaxy, Dripify, Apollo.io, and Brevo.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn automation for scalable prospecting and engagement.
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently with senior executives (Managers, Directors).
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored company introductions and service demos.
  • Experience designing and executing targeted email and social media campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
  • Consistent follow-up skills to maintain engagement and move deals forward.
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with CRM and spreadsheet management to track leads, contacts, and deal progress.
  • Ability to source new contacts from aggregators and job networking platforms to expand the lead database.
