Job Description We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and experienced Data Engineering and BI solution Architect who will be responsible for all data engineering and BI projects solution design and implementation personally and through his/her team members Roles and Responsibilities Translate business needs to technical specifications Scope, plan and estimate implementation projects Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures Identify and apply BI (Sisense and Datorama) product features where necessary and required Design, build and manage reporting dashboards (e.g., reporting tools) in collaboration with implementation team Managing infrastructure required to host BI (Sisense and Datorama) tools Evaluate and improve existing (Sisense and Datorama) dashboards, streams, and reports in collaboration with implementation team Collaborate with implementation team to integrate data from various channels and build dashboards Data acquisition related to AdTech-DSPs, SSPs, etc. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses Create visualizations and reports for requested projects in collaboration with implementation team Identify manual processes that can be automated Find hidden patterns using data Perform ongoing refactoring of code thereby delivering continuous improvement Make API configuration as self-servicing as possible Develop and update technical documentation Provide guidance, mentorship and leadership to fellow Data Engineers Interface with project manager regularly to help them achieve their business and technological goals Requirements Minimum 1-2 years AdTech engineering experience, preferably working with SSPs, DSPs, Ad Servers, and/or digital media Order Management Systems Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development experience, Data engineering, Big Data and Data Warehouse Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in designing solutions and implementing BI projects Hands on knowledge on any of the following Apache Apex/Zookeeper, Apache Avro, Apache Flume, Hadoop, Apache HBase, Apache Impala, Kafka, Lambda, MapReduce, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Redis, Spark, Storm, JIRA, Github, Subversion Familiarity with collecting and monitoring application metrics Ability to manage and configure infrastructure, load balancers, and servers/li> Ability to choose and explain different data structures, algorithms, patterns, systems, and architectures Proficiency in automating tasks, scripting via command line, and working on POSIX based systems Experience in Data modeling, Data warehouses, ETL, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Dashboards, Reports Experience with working in a technical environment, experience in SQL, Scripting languages (Python), Java Scripting, and REST APIs Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards Experience with Docker and serverless applications Required AWS/Azure cloud management skills Infrastructure and engineering design Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Must be willing and able to work during U.S. office hours Possess interpersonal, management, and decision-making skills Must be English fluent with strong oral and written communications skills Bachelor s degree, required; PG or Master s, preferred
