We are looking for facilitators who are passionate about helping children become 21st Century ready by helping them think better, speak better and work better. The trainer would be responsible for delivering modules on the 4Cs i.e. communication, critical thinking, creativity & collaboration.

Job Description

Be a learning facilitator in an online environment for students between the age of 5-15

Be tech-savvy, stay updated with latest pedagogies and teaching techniques

Create an open and inclusive learning environment

Train students on subjects like public speaking, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship

Follow lesson plans and also add your own spin to the learning experience, keeping a learner in her/his zone of proximal development

Spark the learners sense of wonder and exploration

Create personalized learning journeys while achieving desired learning outcomes
