About the Role

What You Will Do

- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to established brand guidelines.

- Analyze design performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of graphics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize graphics for engagement, balancing visual appeal and user experience.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality of designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience creating digital assets optimized for various platforms, including web and social media.
- Strong knowledge of brand consistency and the ability to align content with established brand guidelines.
- Analytical skills to measure design performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
