Job Summary Job Description: As part of the Infrastructure Services Group (ISG), this role is key to driving service portfolio development and growth across the AP region. You will be responsible for supporting new service offerings, offering localization, and optimizing portfolio monetization. This role also involves aligning global strategies with regional markets, ensuring the successful delivery and launch of services, and supporting business intelligence efforts to enhance performance. 1.1.1. Key Objectives of the Role: 1. New Service Offerings: Act as the primary AP focal point for the global team and AP markets to rationalize and develop service offerings. Ensure the readiness of offerings for go-to-market execution, resolving last-mile issues, and ensuring the availability of necessary seller and part number resources. Support market launches and business ramp-up activities, aligning stakeholders to activate sales motions effectively. 2. Offering Localization: Localize the delivery of service offerings to stay competitive within AP markets and segments. Customize the articulation and competitive assertion of services to better align with local market needs. Align assets for enablement and campaign support to ensure consistent delivery. 3. Portfolio Monetization: Achieve annual revenue and profit targets by optimizing the portfolio mix and focusing on key offerings. Meet annual revenue and growth targets for specified hero offerings. Ensure new hero offerings meet time-to-revenue targets to maximize their impact. 4. Business BMS (Business Management System): Analyze sales motions and components within BMS to identify challenges and optimize the business ramp-up process. Provide actionable business intelligence and recommendations to stakeholders to improve overall business performance. Streamline sales motions to increase productivity and effectiveness. 5. SME Support: Provide day-to-day support to AP stakeholders and teams for service offerings, ensuring smooth execution. Offer Level 2 support for sales and opportunity pursuit, aiding the closing of deals. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for organizational transformation projects impacting the service portfolio. 1.1.2. Key Measurements (Business KPIs): Achieve annual portfolio revenue and profit targets. Meet annual revenue and growth targets for hero offerings. Ensure time-to-revenue targets for new hero offerings are met. 1.1.3. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of [X] years in service portfolio management, sales enablement, or business development, with a focus on infrastructure services. Skills: Strong understanding of service portfolio strategy, market analysis, and sales operations. Ability to align global strategies with local market needs. Proficiency in sales and business performance analysis (BMS). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
