Responsibilities:

• Maintain and cultivate long-term positive client relationship.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Prepare and control the production schedule and budget.
• Managing artists and art/creative/technical directors.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years industry experience.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the animation outsourcing process.
• Able to solve complex production problems efficiently with a track-record of doing so already.
• Knowledgeable of art content production pipelines; from ideas, briefs, workflows, and team dependencies etc.
• Ambitious and relentlessly focused on high-quality, high-fidelity results.
• Comfortable in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheet.
• Knowledge of MPAA Content Security Best Practice is a plus.
• A background in technical art direction or art production is preferred; however, please note that this is NOT a hands-on 3D artist position as those tasks are already covered by other roles.
