Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage and maintain the company s CRM system, ensuring timely data entry, data cleansing, and segmentation.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and communications to boost customer retention and upselling.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
