Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective CRM strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain the company s CRM system, ensuring timely data entry, data cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and communications to boost customer retention and upselling.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within the CRM system.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve customer experience and satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor and analyze customer interactions across various channels including email, social media, and chatbots.
