Role Overview

As a Business Manager Design, you will lead a team of interior designers, driving excellence in design delivery across 12 15 home interior projects per month. You will play a critical role in enhancing design productivity, mentoring your team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Team & Design Management
• Manage a team of 6 10 interior designers, ensuring productivity and output targets are met.
• Oversee design delivery across 12 15 residential projects per month, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Lead regular design discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Monitor team performance and implement training or support as needed to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining excellence in design delivery and communication.
• Monitor and improve team s Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through customer feedback and issue resolution.
• Act as an escalation point for complex design or project-related concerns.
• Training & Development
• Mentor designers on technical design standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction best practices.
• Identify skill gaps and provide on-the-job coaching or recommend formal training as needed.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields (preferred: B.Arch, B. Interior Design).
• Master s degree or specialization in Construction Planning, MBA, or Design Management is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior design or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 10 residential interior projects end-to-end.
• Strong team management, leadership, and client-facing communication skills.
