Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at Livspace, you will be responsible for owning the sales funnel and driving business development through a consultative sales approach. This role focuses on working closely with Principal Designers to convert high-value leads and deliver a seamless, personalized experience to premium clientele.
You will manage customer relationships from lead generation to closure ensuring high satisfaction and building long-term loyalty that translates into repeat and referral business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Funnel Management
- Own and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead assignment to closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Principal Designers to convert qualified leads into successful project sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly business development targets.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their preferences, guiding decisions, and setting clear expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and key stakeholders.
- Referral & Network Growth
- Leverage existing customer relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
- Expand your network proactively within the premium home buyer and interior design space.
Requirements
Education:
- MBA graduate from a reputed institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in relationship management or B2C sales roles targeting HNIs.
- Preferred industry backgrounds: Banking/Finance, Luxury Hospitality, High-end Real Estate Broking, or Residential/Commercial Interiors.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationship building.
