About the Role:
We re seeking a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Your work will directly impact the user experience for thousands of learners worldwide. This role requires strong React Native expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile apps using React Native for Android and iOS
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code aligned with best practices and standards
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional, visually appealing mobile experiences
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
- Optimize app performance for scalability and speed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing
Preferred Skills & Contributions:
- Stay updated with latest React Native and mobile development trends
- Manage build creation and distribution for Android (APK, AAB) and iOS (IPA)
- Handle app signing, certificates, and provisioning profiles for releases
- Suggest and implement process improvements and tooling enhancements
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
- Knowledge of GraphQL (GQL) is a plus
- Familiarity with Node.js for backend/API interaction beneficial
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) is advantageous
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in mobile app development focusing on React Native
- Strong command of JavaScript, ES6+, and React fundamentals
- Solid understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architecture
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and React Native Testing Library
- Proficient with version control systems, especially Git
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
