About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in metal forming equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of metal forming machines and a proven track record in sales within the industrial machinery or OEM sector.

You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and providing technical guidance to customers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales of metal forming equipment, including:
• Press Brakes
• Shearing Machines
• Turret Punch Machines
• Plate Rolling and Straightening Machines
• Laser Cutting Machines
• Pipe & Wire Bending Machines
• Water Jet Cutting Machines
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
• Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate machine solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs for proposals, pricing, and order execution
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay updated on machine automation trends and incorporate automation insights into the sales process

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in sales of metal forming machinery
• Strong understanding of machine features, functions, and automation technologies
• Hands-on experience operating or demonstrating metal forming equipment is highly desirable
• Proven sales track record in a similar industrial or OEM setting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
