About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer Welding to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in welding technologies, hands-on machine expertise, and a proven track record in technical sales especially within the automotive or heavy engineering sectors.

You will be responsible for driving sales of advanced welding equipment, providing technical demonstrations, and advising clients on automation and quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales of welding equipment, including:
• ARC, TIG, MIG, and Laser Welding Systems
• Provide technical expertise and demonstrations to clients, showcasing product capabilities and use cases
• Understand client requirements and recommend the best welding solutions based on their industry and application
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of welding processes, systems, and standards particularly in automotive and heavy engineering domains
• Work closely with clients on welding quality assurance and process improvements
• Drive adoption of welding automation, including robotic welding systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and system integrators
• Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to prepare proposals and deliver technical support

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Certification: Professional certification in welding (required)
• Experience: 7 to 10 years in sales of industrial welding equipment
• Strong technical knowledge of welding processes (ARC, TIG, MIG, Laser)
• Hands-on experience operating and demonstrating welding equipment
• Familiarity with welding automation and robotics is essential
• Prior experience working with automotive or heavy engineering organizations is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven
