1.Job Profile
a.Antecedent Verification (AV)
- Ensure Background screening (Education, Police Verification, Address and Employment) isimplemented for all White Collar, Blue Collar and Outsourced categories of MSIL Employees as per policy
- Automation andstreamlining of the Process
- Regular review and audit of AV Process
b.Management of Land Parcels
- Ensure security and compliance of allLand Parcels
- Automation of AV Process
- Stabilize deployment of Application (app) created to monitor deployment and compliance
- Close coordination with Realty Division for budget allocation and monitoring of expenditure
c.Security of RPDCs and Mundra Port Security deployment at RPDCs Bangalore, Siliguri and Nagpur
- Regular visits to review and audit security processes
- Liaison and connect with local police to ensure continuity of operations
d.Police Intelligence and Liaison
- Interact with Police at various levels
- Obtain intelligence inputsfrom CBI, CID and Police Intelligence on Trade Union activities
e.Special Assignments
- CCTV Projects
Installation of all IP Based CCTV Control system across MSIL
Ensure min 99% uptime of CCTV systems
- Surveillance Audits
Benchmarking of Industry practices
Interact with OEMs and Vendors for upgrades in Security Equipment
