Your Mission
- Lead, support, and inspire nursing teams for consistent, high-quality care
- Mentor new nurses and aides provide orientation, training, and ongoing guidance
- Manage nursing documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee daily operations and personnel management in assigned units
- Ensure compliance with NABH and JCI healthcare standards
- Take professional accountability for your own nursing practice and uphold the nursing code of conduct
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and workflow
What You ll Bring
- GNM / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing
- Valid nursing registration with the state council
- 7 10 years of experience in critical care nursing, with leadership exposure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for mentorship and team development
