Job Summary Job Description
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in lead generation function for IT Service companies not from BPO process.
  • Primarily responsible for Lead generation and Appointment setting through cold calls to prospective clients across North America, UK, and Europe.
  • Responsible for promoting/selling offshore based IT services and solutions.
  • Fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
  • Nurturing leads for presentations and demos. Active follow-up with prospects through phone and email.
  • Consultative sales focus with cross selling approach.
  • General understanding of the market customers & competitors.
  • Maintain all activities in the CRM.
  • Lead database creation and management if required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  • Energetic, self-driven, quick learner and a good team player.
  • Willing to work & grow in a Sales Organization.
  • This Position is for inside team based in Pune and should be open to travel onsite in case needed.
