Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Overview

We are seeking a polished, client-focused Luxury Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excep onal

shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage, cra smanship, and values. The ideal

candidate is passionate about luxury, excels in rela onship-building, and consistently exceeds

sales goals through personalized service.

Key Responsibili es

 Provide a world-class, personalized client experience from ini al gree ng to post

purchase follow-up

 Build and maintain long-term client rela onships through clienteling and CRM tools

 Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs

 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, cra smanship, and brand history

 Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presenta on standards

 Handle transac ons accurately, including POS opera ons, returns, and exchanges

 Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss preven on procedures

 Represent the brand with professionalism, discre on, and impeccable personal

presenta on
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - SALES skill with 2 years and 1+ month experience

    • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in NEWDELHI

    Preferred - Good command over English

    Experience Required :

    2 to 7 Years
