Responsibilities
- Responsible for Overall branch operations & Profitability.
- Motivating employees and work as a team.
- Building good relationship with customers.
- Increasing collections of branch and control on NPA's
- Sourcing and selling of Gold loans along with the other third products like Mutual Funds, Sale of Gold (coins, pendants, and bars), Life, Medical & Vehicle Insurance Products.
- Supporting the team forRecovery for achieving interest collection targets, Promotional activities & achieving the schemes launched for the period.
Age between 25 & 35 years
