Project Manager Job in Mutual Mobile

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile project teams through the software development lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for on-time, on-budget, high-quality software project deliveries. This position also requires a high degree of collaboration with the leaders of teams such as design, development, operations, and quality assurance. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients and team members and can effectively communicate project information to all key stakeholders.

You Must

• Work closely with teams involving developers, and designers to define the budget, team structure, delivery approach/plan, and effort estimates for potential projects.
• Be accountable for on-time, on-budget, high-quality software project deliveries.
• Maintain client communication and confidence.
• Love building strong relationships with the team and customers.
• Exceeding client expectations by delivering well-polished products.
• Set up and facilitate project planning workshops.
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills.
• Obsessing over technology and using your knowledge to add value and define the product s scope, schedule, and roadmap.
• Knocking elbows with cross-functional teams as you lead them through workshops to develop backlogs and estimate tasks.
• Bulldozing blockers and resolve conflicts to keep the team focused and efficient.
• Eagerly learning and sharing agile/lean best practices.
• Adapting to change, mitigating risk, and communicating implications to stakeholders.
• Maintaining a realistic budget & sustaining margins, schedule, and team management plans.
• Understands Agile Methodology and comfortable with Scrum principles.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning. Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos.
• Direct the activities of cross-functional team members on assigned projects.
• Ensure project details are accurately reflected in Mutual Mobile business systems.
• Interface with clients to communicate project information (i.e. status, budget, risks, issues, dependencies).
• Develop and maintain all project artifacts including project charters, status reports, project plans, issue logs, and change orders, etc.
• Contribute to defining the scope of the project with the project team, client, and other stakeholders during the Discovery phase.
• Create Change Requests, proposals and take sign-offs.
• Initiate project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
