Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President Engineering to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our technology platforms. This executive role will be responsible for delivering robust, secure, and high-performance full-stack solutions while driving cloud transformation, DevOps enablement, and platform modernization efforts.

You will lead high-performing engineering teams, foster a strong engineering culture, and align technical strategies with overarching business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a technologist who has deep experience in system architecture, full-stack development, and agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Architecture

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture and long-term engineering roadmap.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance, and secure full-stack platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and future-proof systems.

Product & Business Alignment

• Partner with product, digital, and business stakeholders to align engineering priorities with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on speed, reliability, and customer experience.

Engineering Leadership & Team Building

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Attract and retain top-tier engineering talent in a high-growth environment.

Software Delivery & DevOps Excellence

• Drive end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
• Enforce best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices for streamlined releases.

Platform Modernization & Cloud Transformation

• Lead initiatives for cloud migration, platform re-architecture, and modernization.
• Ensure platform security, resilience, and compliance across environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering functions and delivering high-impact platforms in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple tech stacks and strong architectural understanding of large-scale distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform security.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical execution with strategic objectives.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
