Marketing Specialist Job in New Life India Clinic

New Life India Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing and Social Media plans. Candidate should be a competent professional able to generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to find answers about patient requirements, habits and trends

Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (Social Media Marketing, advertising, events planning etc.)

Liaise with external partners, gynecologists to execute promotional events and campaigns

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc) to help shape future marketing strategies

Planning, implementing, controlling short and long term Social Media Marketing strategies;

Manage and distribute social media content on company websites;

Create, and approve all marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, banners);

Planning / preparing public presentations, events and information campaigns;

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role min. 3 years

Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

Well-organized and detail oriented

Exceptional communication and writing skills

Proficiency in English. Any other language will be an additional asset.
