Job Overview:

We are looking for a Power BI Architect with over 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence to join our team in Nagpur or Pune. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions that include data modeling, integration, transformation, and reporting. You will work closely with business stakeholders to create intuitive, high-performance dashboards and reports, optimizing them for a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions encompassing data modeling, data acquisition, transformation, and visualization.
• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Implement data cleansing and data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data.
• Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Design user-friendly navigation and interactions for reports and dashboards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Optimize data models, queries, and visuals for improved responsiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Power BI Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI services, including OLS (Object-Level Security), RLS (Row-Level Security), Dataflow, Datamart, Deployment Pipelines, and Gateways.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• A passion for creating intuitive, high-performance reporting solutions.
