Job Summary
In this senior role, you will be responsible for all aspects of construction project management including client relations, site safety, estimation, planning, scheduling, risk assessment, quality control, supplier and subcontractor coordination, purchasing etc
Requirement:
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 Years Construction experience
- Oversee multiple capital construction projects and develop scope of project.
- Develop and manage schedules and timelines for internal and external contractors
- Execution of approved projects within time, budget, and at a required level of quality
- Select internal people or external contractors for each project
- Maintain contractor schedules and material deliveries
Experience Required :
Minimum 6 Years
