Job Description:- Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to team members. Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed according to the plan. Utilize Success Factors expertise to streamline HR processes and implement solutions tailored to the organization's needs. Communicate project objectives, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Identify potential risks and issues, and proactively develop and implement risk mitigation plans. Address project issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing impact on project deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs. Prepare and deliver regular project reports to stakeholders, summarizing project status, achievements, and challenges. Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on HR or IT projects. Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors modules and capabilities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
