Job Summary

Numadic is hiring a Head of Finance Join our team in undisrupting the business of finance in logistics.

The Head of Finance at Numadic translates product pipelines into revenue pipelines. This role is hands-on, in the trenches by day and analytical by night. You will spend a significant portion of your time dealing with the heads of product, technology, operations and the leadership team. Your insights will lead to the development, deployment and commercialisation of our products. Your close attention to analysing the details complimented by your ability to trust and use your instinct on key decisions and strategies will be critical to Numadic s secured growth. This role will involve maintaining our corporate forecasts, quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decisions, and responsibility for annual planning and investor reporting.

Oversight: Minimal
Experience: 5 to 7 years in Strategic Finance / Private Equity / Investment Banking
Education: Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics / engineering preferred. MBA or equivalent degree at a tier 1 B-school. (we ll overlook this if you ve worked in a role at a startup that rapidly scaled)

An outline of what you should ideally love doing:
The Head of Finance role involves, well everything. You ll work closely with the founders and key leaders. You will be a future founder and key leader. You ll love or soon fall in love with:
  • Diligent and robust financial planning.
  • Maintaining a consistent cadence of reviews, KPI deep dives and RCAs.
  • Owning and living in and out of financial models.
  • Aligning with product and technology teams to ensure scalable revenue growth.
  • Challenging and developing financial workflows and failsafes across Numadic.
  • Staying on the pulses of budgeted versus actuals on financials.
  • Driving alongside internal business leaders to ensure forecasts and financial targets will be achieved.
  • Drive and lead capital financing options to support Numadic s growth needs
  • Work closely with internal and external investors.
