We are looking to recruit a young, energetic and charismatic Sales executive. • Primarily inbound and outbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.
• Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups
• Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.
• Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.
• Be able to work with others in a team environment.
• Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work under stress and pressure.

• Need to collect Data for App development, Web designing companies etc.
• Responsible for making outbound calls and generate leads from that data which you have collected the data
• Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.
• Send proposals and follow up. Follow up on initial contacts.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and Hindi
• Excellent listening skills: Should be able to understand customers requirement and articulate in own words. Should have good convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
