What We Look For
We re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Direct Sales Executive with strong hunting, analytical, and negotiation skills to help us grow. You will engage with SMEs and advise them on the best solutions to adopt for their business. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, as well as customer onboarding.
Working Model: Work from Office / Onsite
What You ll Do
- Lead Management: Receive leads, initiate contact, and qualify potential clients
- Needs Analysis: Analyze and understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points
- Product Demos: Present CRM software with tailored demonstrations based on customer requirements
- Quotation & Negotiation: Provide customized quotes and negotiate terms of the contract
- Customer Onboarding: Support customers through the onboarding process
