Job Description
  • Supply Chain Management Procurement, Order processing, contract management, Production, Planning & Quality, Warehousing, Stock Transfer, Import-Export documentation & Shipment tracking, Transportation, Letter of Credit.
  • Procurement Process in MM Module in SAP
  • Letters of credit - UCP 600 - Payment conditions, ( at sight, Back to back , Deferred / Usance )
  • Imports/Exports Documentation (Sea & Air Freight)
  • Process Letters of credit as per Payment conditions, ( at sight, Back to back , Deferred / Usance )
  • Monitor Import Shipment Tracking and updates to Origin
  • Monitor periodic reports ( Shipping Progress/Sales/Purchase / Stock Recon/ etc ) sent to origin
  • Coordinate with Origin for query/resolution pertaining to shipments
  • Design and track dashboards for quality, productivity and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with vendor for Product readiness/ Shipment readiness
Profile Description
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in Procurement - Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition; Quote Co ordination; Supplier Management.
  • Knowledge in Letter of Credit & Shipping Documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Order Processing System in SAP compulsory
  • Experience in dealing with International suppliers and Shipping line/Freight forwarders
  • Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work and Shifts.
