Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with preferred a strong background in home automation or other electrical product sales to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company in the home automation market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions and updates.
• Contact prospective customers to introduce products/services and explain their benefits.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Generate leads and identify potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation, electrical, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and home automation technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
