The Mission:
We're looking for a Python dev who s not just good but GenAI good. If you re into writing clean, scalable code and pushing the boundaries with generative AI, you ll fit right in. You'll help design, develop, and ship AI-powered features that aren t just smart they're next level.
What you ll be doing:
- Build Python-based backend systems with Django or Flask
- Create, test, and deploy AI-driven applications using GenAI models
- Design microservices, APIs, and automation tools
- Use Docker + CI/CD to streamline delivery
- Work hands-on with GCP or AWS
- Write unit tests like a QA ninja
- Collaborate with the team to push out powerful, real-world AI solutions
Your Superpowers:
- 5+ years of Python dev experience
- Strong Django/Flask skills
- 1+ year working with Generative AI or related tech
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Docker + CI/CD workflow knowledge
- Clean coding + problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-haves (bonus points):
- Experience with distributed systems
- Familiarity with ML pipelines or LLMs
- Love building automation platforms
- Own your builds, fix bugs, and help the team level up
- Communicate clearly, write well, and explain complex things simply
