It Application Support Engineer Job in Openspace Services Pvt Ltd

We are seeking an IT Application Support Engineer with a minimum knowledge of SQL, Jira Service Desk, and proficiency in English to provide technical support for our company's software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to the software applications, as well as monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and providing MIS to our Application/Portal issues to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our company's software applications, including responding to and resolving client inquiries, concerns, and issues related to the applications.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the software applications, and take appropriate action to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the software applications, including investigating and resolving issues related to the underlying IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access to the software applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of software applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT application support.
• Strong understanding of software applications, including knowledge of SQL and Jira Service Desk.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications are preferred.
