Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Projects Manager (AM/DM level) to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and digital transformation across logistics, warehousing, and planning functions. You ll be responsible for project execution from planning to implementation while collaborating across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain transformation projects aligned with business strategy from scope definition through execution and delivery.
- Handle cross-functional project management by coordinating with internal departments including planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Drive digitalization and automation projects such as WMS/TMS upgrades, inventory optimization, and advanced analytics deployment.
- Champion process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Develop business cases, ROI estimations, and post-implementation assessments for all key initiatives.
- Support budget planning and cost control within the supply chain function.
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations; MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred.
- 5 7 years of total experience in supply chain, with 3+ years in project or program management roles.
- Strong functional knowledge in logistics, inventory management, and warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, TMS, and WMS platforms.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
