About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our childcare management software through a combination of manual and automated testing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, sharpen your technical skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of testing including Functional, Regression, Acceptance, Smoke, and Exploratory testing
• Design and execute automated tests using Selenium/WebDriver
• Understand and work with relational databases; write and execute SQL queries
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members in an Agile development environment
• Ensure timely identification, documentation, and tracking of software defects
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and contribute to QA best practices
• Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible
• (Bonus): Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) is a strong advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 7 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong experience in automation testing with Selenium
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and analyze queries
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Knowledge of Java for automation scripting is desirable
