Relevant Experience:

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of significant accomplishments in Strategic Marketing, Product Management and/or Business Operations, in the Aerospace industry. Candidates from other industries with a strong background and aptitude for Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Business Operations will also be considered:

  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience. Technical background preferred.
  • Eight or more years of Aerospace experience preferred.
  • Experience in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Business Operations and Product Management preferred.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills spoken and written.
  • Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, own and drive for Sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales.
  • Develop, foster and grow relationships with clients to grow a network of clients.
  • Takes ownership of Sales responsibilities for Region and Sector assigned.
  • Gather business requirements and needs of clients.
  • Own the RFP/RFI/RFQ and Bid management process for their own clients.
  • Keep ears-on-the-ground and to be aware of developments, issues and competition at client site.
  • Keeps abreast of industry/sector updates especially to do with competition.
  • De-escalate internal and client facing issues.
  • Lead generation and follow-up.
  • Lead filtering & database management
  • Prepare a multitude of Sales reports
  • Prepare, Lead and participate in client meetings
  • Preparation and lead Sales pitches, presentation, Service packs
