Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase store footfall and profitability
- Recruit, onboard, and manage store staff while fostering a performance-driven culture
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations
- Plan and manage promotional activities, in-store displays, and visual merchandising
- Monitor buying trends, analyze customer preferences, and prepare detailed sales and performance reports
- Oversee store administration tasks, including budget management and financial reporting
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, with at least 3 5 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven success in achieving sales goals and managing high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
