Job Title: C Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced C Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on programming expertise, particularly in C, and preferably with exposure to telecom protocols (such as SMPP) and networking. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and experience in developing high-performance, low-latency systems that are crucial for telecom and networking environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and optimize high-performance C applications for telecom and networking systems.
• Protocol Implementation: Work on implementing and maintaining protocols like SMPP, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, etc.
• Multithreading & Real-Time Systems: Develop and maintain multithreaded, real-time, and low-latency systems to ensure smooth operation in production environments.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues in production and test environments.
• Optimization: Optimize code for memory management, performance, and scalability to meet high system demands.
• Linux/Unix Environments: Leverage your experience in Linux/Unix environments to develop, deploy, and maintain efficient code.
• Networking Knowledge: Apply your knowledge of socket programming and network protocols to enhance system functionality and reliability.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Must Have:
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in C programming.
  • Strong experience with multithreading, synchronization, and IPC mechanisms.
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, and sockets.
  • Experience using debugging tools like GDB and Wireshark.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git or SVN.
• Preferred:
  • Exposure to telecom protocols (e.g., SMPP, SS7, etc.).
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms or telecom infrastructure.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and debugging skills to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills, with a clear focus on producing high-quality technical documents.
