This role requires expertise in UI/UX design, creative design, PowerPoint presentations, and video content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and the ability to transform concepts into visually stunning designs that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:
  • Design and develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print materials.
  • Create marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Develop innovative design solutions to engage and captivate the target audience.
• PowerPoint Design:
  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external use.
  • Transform complex data into visually impactful and easy-to-understand slides.
  • Ensure consistent branding and design across all presentation materials.
• Video Design:
  • Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and internal communications.
  • Integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Brand Consistency:
  • Maintain consistency with the brand s visual identity in all design projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to refine and evolve the brand s design elements.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver results.
• Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with industry trends, new design tools, and technologies to improve workflow and design quality.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or other industry-standard design tools.
