Looking for Sr. Payroll Executive
Location: Bengaluru (BTM)
Exp:-5+Years(Only Consulting background)
Responsibility:
Handling End to End Payroll Processing
Updating the Payroll records for New Joined Employees.
Updating the increments monthly.
Collection of Timesheet dumps from Internal Employees.
Collection of Timesheet dumps from clients for External Employees.
Making Monthly Pay-outs for Internal & External employees (2000+).
Ensured that overtime pay & allowances were included in payroll disbursements.
Making & Providing Accurate billing period details for Invoicing.
Ensured that all the compliance paid in time.
Generating Pay slips after all pay-outs.
Preparing the consolidation of all pay-outs Sheets.
Reconciliation with Finance Team & Invoicing Team.
Conducting the Internal Audit quarterly.
Filing the quarterly TDS returns for all the employees.
Issuing the Form-16 & Form-16A
Making sure all the assets are submitted & Salary advance were cleared before exit of
Employees
Making sure all Full and Final Settlements cleared in time.
Ensure all tickets resolved in time.
