Position Summary
Are you a creative Associate Graphic Designer with a knack for out-of-the-box ideas that resonate with users? Join our team at PlaySimple Games and elevate your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for visualizing and producing creatives for mobile marketing campaigns, game elements, and performance videos across multiple social media platforms. Deliver engaging, high-quality designs on time, and contribute to the success of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a variety of assets including game icons, banners, and other game elements to create engaging user experiences.
  • Convert verbal and written ideas into compelling visual graphics and layouts.
  • Research marketing trends and collaborate with Copywriters and the Creative Director to produce effective designs.
  • Develop concepts from initial sketches through to final renders independently.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively with the team to meet creative needs.
  • Welcome feedback and iterate quickly to deliver high-quality creative assets within deadlines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Ability to independently create graphics from concept to final delivery.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Portfolio demonstrating solid graphic design skills and creativity.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
