Job Description for HR Administrator:

We are hiring for HR Administrator for Malviya Nagar, South Delhi location.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate

Job Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi location

Key Skills: Employee Engagement activities, Policy Maker, Grievances Handling, Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the Grievances of all the internal employees.
  • Handling all the Employee Engagement activities which includes Birthday celebrations, festivals, anniversaries etc.
  • Implementing various HR policies, process implementation.
  • Implementing systems, procedures for smooth and effective office administration.
  • Monitoring overall operations across Housekeeping, Purchase, Courier, Transport, Stationery, and security.
  • Identifying the various vendors for furniture, office supplies, computer stationary, and other Publicity items etc.
  • Verifying the invoices raised by the suppliers, mobile phones and other regular services payments etc. and tracking the process ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
  • Responsible for air ticket bookings , maintain leased vehicles, facilitating the programs conducted by various departments
  • HR Admin day to day activities.
  • Maintain & timely update of attendance, Records & Leave management.
