Job Description

To own a client or set of clients allotted and drive the fulfillment of its job requirements.

  • Own the process-oriented and drive the team for process adherence.
  • Ensure that the team goal is met and the objectives are completed on either a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Involves active hands-on recruitment, including the screening and qualifying of resumes submitted by team members before they are proposed to the client.
  • Ensuring a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Requirement and task allocation.
  • Responsibility towards the growth and development of all team members
  • Helping the recruiters/sourcer with Search Strings, tools, and processes.
  • Assisting the team to achieve their individual targets
  • Checking the status of the recruitment process on an hourly basis, ATS Updation, and other compliance Prepping the candidates for interviews
  • To serve as a liaison between Recruiters and Managers.
  • Should be able to employ new market trends in candidate search areas and train the team. Competencies

Top Skills Required

  • 3 -5 Years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the dynamics in US IT recruitment.
  • Preferably have to lead a team for 1 Year minimum.
  • Is self-motivated, self-managed, and highly organized.
  • Is flexible and adaptable; consistently meets deadlines; has excellent evaluation skills.
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
