Job Summary
Qualification: - BE/Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent
- AVAYA AURA Orchestration studio developer certification Preffered (Avaya Certified Solution ACS )
Exp Level: - 4 + years industry experience is preferred (Minimum 3 year experience required)
Responsibilities: The IVR Developer position is primarily for design, develop and deploy of self services applications using various IVR technologies. This position requires strong understanding of business functions of various domains such as Banking, Telco s etc., to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for design and development.

- Participate and lead solution design discussions
- Create Functional Design documents
- Application Development, testing and deployment
- Manage code release from Staging to Production"
Description:
- Candidates with hands-on experience on *AVAYA IVR designer (Orchestration Studio/Dialogue designer)* tools will be preferred.
- Candidates preferred with strong telephony background and thorough understanding of ACD, PBX (including IP based), CTI, IVR, various telephony protocols etc.
- Candidates with exposure to more than one IVR technology from vendors such as AVAYA, Genesys, Cisco etc., is a plus
- Good understanding of Databases like Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase etc.
- Expertise on OS like Windows, Linux and Unix.
- Should be strong in analysis, architectural design and reasoning capabilities.
- Should have solid experience in major project implementations & field support.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to learn new technologies and ability to learn them quickly
- Must have done real-time IVR projects for large enterprises.
