Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to support our company in improving business efficiency. You will be responsible for developing innovative business strategies and models, communicating their impact to management, and producing monthly performance reports. Using these insights, you will identify areas requiring improvement to boost operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

As a senior analyst, you will also manage and mentor the business analyst team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and delivery of high-quality analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and communicate clearly.
• Manage business development activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
• Research, create, and present strategic plans, technical analyses, and comprehensive reports to executive leadership.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend actionable improvements.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing reports, and suggesting corrective actions.
• Utilize diverse data analysis and organizational tools to extract insights and drive decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the Business Analyst team, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Expertise in business requirement analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and working with databases.
• Skilled in writing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), functional documentation, and test coverage.
• Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and functional teams, communicating risks and challenges clearly.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in maintaining detailed logs, meeting minutes, project summaries, and updates.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Adobe XD or similar.
• Self-driven with a passion for learning new products, BI tools, and business analysis methodologies.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
