Consultant-packages Job in Quanta Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Understand the process for QPS projects and the various packages requirements
• Identify suitable package solutions with their merits/demerits
• As required, involve package vendors to develop a better understanding for
  • Package and its merit/demerits
  • Battery limits & scope
  • Availability & Delivery
  • Budgetary CAPEX/OPEX
  • Codes, standards
  • Statutory requirements
  • Special requirements, if any
• Provide value additions in terms of
  • Best options for better energy efficiency, product quality, footprint, CAPEX/OPEX, operation & maintenance aspects, spares etc
  • Selection of type of package
• Guide/review RFQ preparation
  • Ensure that the most suitable option is selected
  • Ensure all the requirements are properly defined for vendor to provide quote
• Support offer evaluation process
  • Participate in vendor meetings during TQ stage
• Guide/review TBA preparation
• Guide/review VDR process
• Management activities
  • Participate in client meetings for Kick off, value addition, TQ s, TBA etc
  • Participate in high-level inter-department coordination and meetings
  • Support integration of all discipline requirements, specifications
  • Standardization of processes/formats/check lists related to package
  • Guide/review vendor management program
• Update Database for cost, footprint, utility consumption, tie-ins

Requirements

Qualifications andExperience:

• Experience: 25+ years having Degree in Chemical/Mechanical

Key Skills:

• Experience of selection, procurement, installation of various industrial packages
• Experience of operations is an added benefit
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Vendor management
• Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English
• Time management & decision making
• Relationship management
