Job Description : 1. Must have experience in Villas 2. Must be able to study drawings 3. Handle all the civil Works Like Structural,finshing works etc., 4. Co-ordination with all the departments. 5. Must be able to complete the project in time 6. Planning of material & Manpower 7. Able to cross verify the contractor bills. 8. Manage a team of more than 20 Members 9. Finalisation of suppliers,vendors and contractors.
