Job Summary


Rainbow Holidays is looking for a seasoned, versatile senior product marketer to help us take our product marketing to infinity, and beyond! You ll be responsible for developing our core product messaging and positioning, and leading the go-to-market strategy development and execution for new product launches. Working cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, sales and support teams, you'll contribute creative and effective marketing ideas to drive incremental revenue and increase customer retention. You ll be an integral team member in developing world-class marketing programs, and proactively implement new processes to successfully propel our products into the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functi- onal implementation of the plan across product, PR, sales, and support teams
  • Constantly test and iterate core product messaging to drive customer acquisition, increase lifetime value and retention
  • Keep a pulse on competitors and conduct competitive research and analysis to inform marketing campaigns and product differentiation
  • Develop written and video content for the blog, landing pages, and emails to prov- ide insight and color around our new products and features and drive usage
  • Track, analyze and identify opportunities to optimize usage of product features through innovative campaigns across multiple channels
  • Work with our international marketing team to socialize new product features and support the global launch of our products
  • Partner with the Learning & Development and Product team to enhance our inter- nal education experience for our product
  • Create sales collateral and resources, such as one-sheets, email templates, webi- nars and whitepapers to support the sales process
  • Develop KPIs with product managers and analysts to forecast the business impact of feature launches and measure success
  • Identify and synthesize the market segment needs working with marketers and sales team to inform our product roadmap
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of overall marketing experience, 4 years minimum of specifically produ ct marketing experience in technology or related sector
  • Prior product launch experiences
  • Ability to translate technical content into exciting, everyday terms
  • Top-notch writing and communication skills
  • Proven track record of project management and collaboration skills
  • Creativity and a make it happen attitude
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university
