Job Summary
1. Analyzing the return products from the field
2. Verifying and analyzing the product failures at the customer site
3. Reporting the analysis results and issue findings (substantiated by data) to
the respective supervisor
4. Providing suggestions for resolving the issues based on the analysis
5. Monitoring the improvement of major defects and providing the feedback to
the supervisor on a continuous basis till the issues have been resolved
6. Providing the technical support for regional refurbishment
7. Providing training and support to Service Engineers
