Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to extending offers

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive candidate experience

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
